 The largest port is a 6 CF flange, so the part number starts with MCF600.
  It is a Spherical Square (SS).
  The port sizes are represented by 200408, because it has two 6 CF flanges, no 4
1/2 CF flanges, no 3 3/8 CF flanges,
     four 2
3/4 CF flanges, no 2 1/8 CF flanges, and eight 11/3 CF flanges.
  Finally, it is design revision A.  (The special diameter and part length designations are not used with this part.)
